Defenders Beat The Battlehawks In The Last 2020 XFL Games

The Defenders end season after Battlehawk victory.

Are the Defenders Back? One of the strong hitters fell off for a few weeks. The Washington DC Defenders entered the XFL with a strong start. They were arguable one of and in some cases the best team in the Eastern Conference. With a 2-0 start, the Defenders looked strong going to Tampa Bay for their first road game. After being demolished by the Tampa Bay Vipers and giving the Vipers their first win of the season, the Defenders went on to lose another game making their record 2-2.  This was not the way the Defenders wanted to hit the halfway point of the season. The Defenders made come back after beating the St. Louis Battlehawks 15 to 6.
