Streets Win Inaugural Home Game

The Streets ran over the Orlando Predators with a final score of 70-31. The Predators had a rough night in New York.

Kyle Israel had a rough time against the Streets defense. Israel has botched many passes that were easy touchdowns, and he has also been notorious for underthrowing passes which he seemed to showcase best in this blowout. The Predators offensive line also looked hideous. They did not help Israel at all and gave him extremely minimal time to pass.
Onto the Streets, they were all over the Predators scoring every time they had the ball. On kickoffs, Billy Deane had two deuces, and EJ Nemeth looked like the seasoned veteran he is, slinging the ball for seven touchdowns.

Rob Jones was on fire in the receiving game; Jones was all over field accounting for 130 yards and five touchdowns. Jones is a nightmare for both teams that they’ve played so far! Jones could very well be a premier player for the whole NAL and leads the race in Ambush Sports “Way too early” MVP discussion.
The Defensive line, highlighted by Herbert Moore was on fire all game giving The Predators almost no time to think. The secondary was also a nightmare for Kyle Israel; they were batting down balls and picking them off all game long. The defense had a pick six on more than one occasion as well.
This upcoming game will not be until May 7th with the Streets taking on the other top team, the Carolina Cobras. This is a matchup of the year candidate. The whole Cobras offense is very high powered just like the Streets.
The Cobras were this past seasons NAL champions as well. It will be an exciting match up to see the new guys of the New York Streets take on the juggernauts of the NAL, the Carolina Cobras. Make sure to watch out for a very offensive game.
