(Ambush Sports) — The road to WrestleMania has had some interesting swerves, curves and turns and it would not be surprising that WWE has booked their first match for their upcoming PPV Elimination Chamber.

WWE announced Monday that the first match booked will be a women’s Elimination Chamber match, with major implications for a title match against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 36 for the RAW Women’s Championship.

Confirmed for the match are Natalya, Liv Morgan, Asuka, Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan and Shayna Baszler.

Baszler stated in a promo during WWE Raw with Lynch that she has the upper hand, given she came to WWE from a career MMA and will use the Elimination Chamber cage to her advantage, ensuring a victory and to continue this rivalry through to WrestleMania.

The March 8 PPV will be broadcast live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
