This trade is great for Philly and compliments their young RB core. We’ll get to see how he fits in, come the regular season.
Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears receive a conditional sixth-round pick that may become a fifth-round pick.
Jordan Howard’s 2018 stats: 250 ATT, 935 YDs, 9 TDs.
The Eagles benefit more from this trade than the Bears. But it looks like the Bears might be aiming to draft a running back early, in the upcoming 2019 draft in April. This trade also displays Eagles’ GM Howie Roseman’s intentions. It looks like they may not prioritize running back early in the draft.
