Players To Watch In The Miami Florida Game.

The Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators kick off the College Football season tonight. The Gators are ranked number eight; the Hurricanes are coming not rated. Both teams will be pretty hyped for this game. Whoever wins, could have bragging rights in the state of Florida.


Miami Hurricanes

Johnathan Garvin  Defensive End

Garvin had 5.5 sacks and 17 tackles for loss last season. He also broke up five passes and returned a fumble for a touchdown. Garvin will lead Miami’s defensive line. He will be critical to the Hurricanes success the season.


Shaquille Quarterman  Linebacker

Quarterman has made 249 tackles for his career. He had 14 tackles for a loss and six sack in 2018 Quarterman is the quarterback of the Hurricane defense, and he leads the outstanding linebacking core.

Trajan Bandy  Cornerback

Bandy is productive cornerback. In 2018 he broke up eight passes and three interceptions. Also, he had 4.5 tackles for a loss. Bandy is effective in press and off-man coverage. Bandy is one of the best cornerbacks in the country.

Florida Gators

CJ Henderson  Cornerback

Henderson has speed, ball skills, and outstanding instincts. He will play his way into top pick in the 2020 NFL draft. Henderson and Marco Willson are one of the Nation’s top cornerback tandems.

Lamical Perine  Running Back

Perine led the Gators in rushing with 826 yards. He averaged 13.1 yards on 13 catches. Perine has 17 touchdowns in the past two seasons. With Jordan Scarlett in the NFL, Perine is poised for a monster season.

Jabari Zuniga Defensive End

Zuniga is the complete package. He is fast off the edge and physical at the point of attack. It will be interesting to see what Zuniga will do this season; he should have an outstanding one.


The Miami and Florida game will be very physical. A lot of good defensive players on both team, whoever offense can put together some good drives that lead to points will win.
