Free agency starts tomorrow and rumors are changing daily. The new that dropped today was that Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard have been discussing the possibility of playing together. The two have talked about teaming up either for the Los Angeles Lakers or the New York Knicks.

Both players are planning to talk with each one of the teams when free agency starts on Sunday. The Clippers are the only two teams that have the salary space and interest in both players to try to get the duo signed. Brooklyn Nets have enough money to, but the more likely scenario for the nets would be to sign Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant.
Leonard is expecting to meet with Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, New York Knicks, and Toronto Raptors when free agency begins. Durant plans to meet with the Clippers, Knicks, Nets, and Warriors.
Durant is more than likely to be out all next season recovering from his ruptured Achilles tendon. So if Leonard and Durant team up, Leonard will have to carry the load for at least a year. Either way, this would be a good pairing, both unselfish players and io think they could complement each other very well.
