Chad Rex is a name that you should know; he is one of the most underrated players in this years draft class. I also highlighted him in my Biggest Sleepers of the 2019 NFL Draft article, if you recall. I thought he needed a full article because he could be a breakout player.
Rex attended a Divison III school, Ohio Northern. Ohio Northern has my favorite team name in college football, the Polar Bears. The Polar Bears also don my favorite color combo Black and Orange. While being a Polar Bear, Rex was spectacular. In his four years of playing, he scored 30 touchdowns with a long of 80 yards.
This past season he played ten games, with a total of over 1,000 yards and averaging 92.6 yards a game! He can become a great asset to any team, a lot of teams need a great receiver, and he could be the answer. A team like the Raiders could really use him well and have a successful outcome both ways.
